This is the Variance Report that displays the results of the modifications to the Workers Compensation Modifier from 1.00 to .95 as we entered into the previous dialog box.  This report displays all the records that will be effected by the modification.  This allows you to review the effects of the modification and decide if you wish to proceed or return the the Modify Records Dialog Box and revise your settings.
