Projects are a key element in TimeTrax, allowing you to track your payroll cost by project, department, division, group or any other similar division, and of course, business overhead. The project names numbers are entirely determined by you, and may actually be any combination of numbers and letters as you may need.

GENERAL DISCUSSION

The Labels Dialog Box allows you to print mailing labels from and to any of the names on your names list. This feature is particularly helpful in that many of the documents you will create in BuildingForms will need to be mailed. The program is setup to use standard single sheets of 10 labels, 2 inches by 4 inches each. The process is relatively straight forward in that you select the mailing and return address for each of the 10 labels you wish to print.

Mailing Labels Dialog Box Control Data Description Data From The return address you want printed on the mailing label, typically your own address, but it's conceivable that you might be preparing a return envelope for your recipient or preparing mailings for others. To The company or person you are sending the mail to. Buttons Print Prints the labels as selected. Cancel Closes the dialog box.
